​​What is your turnaround time?

***Current processing time is 14 working days.***
All orders will be shipped in the order that they are received within 14 working days from the date of purchase. 
You will also have this confirmed once a processing email is sent.

 

How long will my order take?

Products have their own turn around times that vary and are indicated at each individual product.   Please be aware our products are all made to order, so each item varies. Turn around times do not include delivery.

 

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, all our products are made to order, to the customer's garment size, wording, design, colour etc we do not offer any refunds on goods that are unwanted.  However, unfortunately, mistakes can happen, if this is the case please notify us: info@designs100.co.uk to let us know of any faults. 

Can I collect my item in person?

Designs100 is an online store only and unfortunately do not offer collection. I dispatch orders via Royal Mail or via a Courier, depending on size and weight. 

 

Do you offer an express service?

Yes, we do. If you would like your order sooner we offer an express turn around times for orders needed urgently.  Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days, a £35 surcharge is required for this service.  Please contact us info@designs100.co.uk to arrange.

My parcel has not arrived, what should I do?

If for any reason your parcel has not reached you by the standard delivery, 3-5 days after your turn around time. Please get in touch with us. Royal Mail will not investigate missing or delayed parcels until the 10th postal day after posting. After the 10th postal day, we can then carry out an investigation. We will not refund or replace orders until a full investigation has been carried out. ​

 

My order has arrived and there's a spelling mistake.

We're really sorry that your order has a spelling mistake.  We know how important it is for the personalisation to be spelt correctly and we'll do our best to get a replacement with the correct spelling sent to you. 

The quickest and easiest way for you to help is to see a photograph of the personalisation and spelling mistake. Please email us at info@designs100.co.uk with a photo showing the spelling mistake.
Please remember, our personalised gifts are tailor-made for you, so our machines will print exactly the message you enter. We, therefore, advise you to double-check any names and messages for potential spelling mistakes.
We cannot accept responsibility unless the fault was a result of the personalisation process.
